Located in Granada, Ruta del Azafrán offers a restaurant at the foot of The Alhambra, with a privileged terrace, the best natural wines from the region and a menu inspired by the gastronomy of the three cultures.

The Ruta del Azafrán restaurant opened its doors in December 2004, and has continuously been learning to achieve the goal it has set for itself: to bring the client close to the international cuisine inspired by the spice route and, especially, the Gastronomy of the Three Cultures. Exquisite wine selection.

The cultural exchange has been a historic constant in the city and this restaurant project wished to participate in its growing enrichment. Consequently, its offer is based on dishes like harira, sea bass turban, tataki, any of its salads, cous-cous (vegetables, chicken or lamb), duck breast, pastela, as well as its homemade desserts.

All meats are hallal, wherefore they are prepared to satisfy any related request. A variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes are also available.

Monday to Thursday: 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 1 p.m. to midnight. Sunday: 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
