Their menu includes "ajo blanco" (cold soup), monkfish medallions in almond sauce, beef sirloin and St. George's mushrooms, "purrusalda" stew, pork sirloin in Pedro Ximenez with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and black pudding in puff pastry with tomato confit.
