Inside a Carmen (traditional Andalusian house with walled garden) in the old Moorish Albaycín quarters, opposite the Alhambra, Las Tomasas opened to the public in 1989. It uses part of its beautiful gardens as a summer terrace where canapés and cold dishes are served.

Since then it has extended its menu and inside and outside facilities to fully tempt customers.

June to October: Tuesday–Saturday: 8.30 pm to midnight. Telephone bookings: 6 pm to 10 pm. October to June: Tuesday night–Sunday lunchtime: 1.30 pm to 4 pm and 8 pm to 11.30 pm. Telephone bookings: 11 am to 2 pm and 6 pm to 10 pm. The restaurant is open all public holidays of the year. Please check in advance what days it is closed.
