La Chumbera
Typical restaurant in the Sacromonte neighbourhood, in a cave with a terrace facing the Alhambra.
The restaurant serves a creative cuisine based on dishes inherited from Arabs and Persians, and from the purely Andalusian gastronomic tradition. The menu includes dishes such as terrine of foie gras and mango, sea bream with cuttlefish or guibote of cuttlefish and kidney beans.
The restaurant has a customer car park, and a dining room available for special celebrations and banquets. It also has an auditorium and amphitheatre next to the restaurant. The auditorium has glass windows with views to the Alhambra, and with capacity for 409 people. The exterior amphitheatre can hold up to 350 people.
