When we created this unique gastronomic concept in Granada, we got advice from two renowned chefs and paella experts: Carlos Otaola (Otaola Restaurant, Seville) and José Luis Chaparro (Casa Chaparro Restaurant, Valencia), whose restaurants have both received prestigious awards.
Among their specialities, there is no shortage of authentic paellas , with different variations of the dish that exist throughout Spain, such as the traditional Valencian paella or the mouth-watering 'del Senyoret' variant, soupy or sticky rice dishes, such as lobster or oxtail rice, and 'fideuás' (noodles) with duck, boletus or foie. Arrozante also has an extensive wine list to accompany its delicious dishes and satisfy even the most demanding palates.
