Fray Leopoldo de Alpandeire Crypt and Museum

The Fray Leopoldo de Alpandeire Crypt and Museum are located in Granada. In the chapel that houses Brother Leopoldo's crypt, the artist P. Hugolino used an extremely effective and modern graphite technique. This work, like all his others, is not only an artistic and cultural asset but a pedagogical one related to the catechism, thanks to the artist's specific training in the holy scriptures, theology and liturgy.

His only work in Spain is the graphite fresco in the Fray Leopoldo Crypt Chapel, in the church of Los Padres Capuchinos in Granada. This was his last work, made when he was ill, and it is widely considered to be his finest masterpiece and spiritual testament.
