At the heart of the historic quarter in Granada, Restaurante Paprika is located in a beautiful, cobbled alley near the Elvira Gate.

The cuisine is characterised by specialising in vegan dishes made with local, organic produce, mostly grown in the province of Granada. Top-quality ingredients that have been handled as little as possible.

Its menu could be defined as “vegan fusion”, as it adapts recipes from different places (Spain, Italy, Orient, etc.). to veganism. Most dishes are suitable for coeliacs. The wines are natural and ecological from different areas of Andalusia and the rest of Spain.
