Restaurante La Fábula

The Restaurante La Fábula has pride of place in the Hotel Villa Oniria, located in a 19th century palace in Granada.

La Fábula serves seasonal dishes where the prime factor is the flavour and taste of the produce. In the kitchen, the Head Chef Ismael Delgado López uses all his experience to create a small, illuminated, gastronomic oasis with a great deal of creativity, which makes it a real pleasure for the palate. The unique recipes will delight the palates of you and your friends, in company and business meetings and celebrations.

The specialities feature rice dishes, meat, fish and seafood. The menu includes such delights as: gazpacho, foie micuit with cold apple mousse, scallop with fried pork cheeks, battered prawns, sea bass with blown rice and wild mushrooms, venison with spicy powdered potatoes, loin of venison with wild mushrooms, etc.
