The Apartment El Balcón del Albaicín, located in Granada, is a group of three apartments in a building with a traditional internal patio, in the iconic neighbourhood of the Albaicín, 10 minutes walk both from the city centre and from the Alhambra, 35 km from the Sierra Nevada and 65 km from the Costa Tropical.

They are fully-furnished, the ceilings have wooden beams, the floors have rustic clay tiles, there is a salon with kitchenette equipped with vitro-ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, television, air conditioning/heating, bathroom complete with shower. The patio and the terrace with beautiful views are common to all the apartments.
