Cortijo El Esparragal Hotel

Cortijo El Esparragal Hotel is located 15 minutes from Seville, near the town of Gerena. This farmhouse is a modern 3,000-hectare agricultural and livestock estate which rears purebred Spanish horses, and beef and dairy cattle, among other things.

It was a Hieronymites Monastery in the 17th century, and was carefully restored and it opened as a 3-star hotel in 1992. Due to its facilities, décor (a country manor house with antiques) and location, it is one of the best charming hotels in Spain.
