Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Fernando Centeno

The Fernando Centeno Contemporary Art Museum (MAC) is located in Málaga in the district of Genalguacil. It was opened in 2004 to exhibit those works that could not be left outdoors. It received its current name in 2012 in honour of this person for his involvement with Genalguacil, serving as the Mayor of the town for 20 years and as the promoter and creator of the "Encuentros de Arte" (Art Forums).

The aim is for the Fernando Centeno Contemporary Art Museum (MAC) to become a point of reference in Málaga for contemporary art, one of the great benchmarks of Andalusia, and to find its place at a European level.
