Located in the town of Gelves, the Gelves Watersports Marina is located upriver, three kilometres from the bifurcation toward the Seville lock. Just 89 kilometres from Sanlúcar de Barrameda and the Atlantic Ocean. Paddlers can access without having to pass through locks or bridges and enjoy magnificent natural landscapes where a wide variety of bird species may be found, mainly protected by the surroundings of the Doñana, one of Europe's most important nature reserves.

Very close to the Seville, the Gelves Port is used for watersports. With its enviable facilities, one of its main attractions is its travel lift or crane for launching and beaching boats of up to 25 tons. Gelves Port has a capacity for housing more than 300 boats. The facilities house local companies and professionals dedicated to offering tourist charters for companies, students and all types of customers.

Its facilities and surroundings make Gelves Port an ideal place to learn, practise and professionalise diving, rowing and other disciplines, like maritime rescue.
