Gazpacho
Ingredientes
- 2 kg. ripe tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- One handful of breadcrumbs from vinegar-soaked bread
- 2 dl. (more than 1/2 c) olive oil
- Water and salt
- Optional: Very tiny dice of cucumber, pepper, onion and hard-boiled egg, or ham and fried bread
