Platero & Co is located in Gaucín, in the Ronda Mountains. Enjoy your meal at a private outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the Guadiaro Valley and Sierra de Grazalema.

The service at Platero & Co is limited to a maximum of 5 tables and 15 diners per shift, to create a warm and personal atmosphere.

The concept is of new rustic cuisine, in which everything is prepared in our kitchen, combining traditional and new techniques, using local produce, well presented. Sometimes with a hint of new cuisine, but without overdoing design and decor.

The menu at Platero & Co changes weekly and is based on international cuisine with a touch of Andalusia. It offers a wide variety of seasonal produce from the mountains, like its goat cheeses, wild mushrooms, cured meats, organic wines, cherries and chestnuts. Normally with eight starters, six main courses and five homemade desserts.
