Almazara de Aceite Conde de La Monclova
Llano del Pintado is located in the area surrounding the Seville town of Fuentes de Andalucía. The olive is transported from the estate to the mill in trailers, which unload the olive into the hopper in the reception area.
A conveyor belt carries the olive to a cleaning-washing machine, where the remains of any leaves and branches are removed. Once clean, it goes through a continuous scales, where samples of variety, quality and place of origin are taken to determine its fat and acidity yield.
Once weighed, it is carried to the storage and classification hoppers, depending on variety, ripeness and whether the olive came from the tree or the ground. The olive is immediately ground, to achieve an oil of excellent quality.
