Cepa Bosquet Winery, located in the Paraje del Ferrón de Fuente Victoria, in the municipality of Fondón, Almería, represents the culmination of the winemaking tradition of the Bosquet family, whose experience goes back three generations.

Since 2007, this winery has been producing around 300,000 bottles a year, made exclusively with grapes from its own vineyards, guaranteeing meticulous quality control throughout the process.

The heart of the estate is a shepherd's farmhouse converted into a wine press, fermentation room and laboratory, preserving the historic character of the place.

The facilities also include two circular reservoirs built in the 1960s, originally intended to store water for a lead mining operation in Sierra de Gádor. After mining activity ceased in the 1980s, the reservoirs were repurposed: one of them was transformed into an underground barrel ageing room, while the other is used for storing bottled wines. The design of these reservoirs respects the natural environment, with roofs covered with topsoil and native plants such as thyme, rosemary and lavender, in line with the winery's commitment to the environment.

This approach combines innovation in wine production with a deep respect for the cultural and natural heritage of the region.
