Ingredientes
For 6 people
6 pork loin fillets
300 g. Serrano ham in thin slices
4 eggs
Breadcrumbs and salt
Preparation
Spread out the fillets, pound them and season them, then place a slice of ham and a little hard-boiled egg on each one. Roll them up and skewer with a toothpick, trying to close them tightly so they don't open up when frying. Dip the rolls into beaten eggs and breadcrumbs then fry them in light oil.The rolls are served with chips or a side salad or finely chopped vegetables. Mayonnaise is also a perfect condiment for this meal.
