It can be rented in full (not by room) at the weekend and is ideal to celebrate any event in a safe, intimate and charming atmosphere. Also for groups that simply want to spend a few days surrounded by nature with all the comforts, at a very affordable price. It has two apartments that are rented separately only during the week, for romantic breaks, business trips or just to get away from it all.

The 700 m2 one-storey building is located on a large plot in the mountains in the beautiful Alpujarra region of Felix, a few kilometres from the coast and with a sea view. It has a kitchen and a separate working area for catering businesses. It is 15 minutes by car from the beaches and leisure areas of Aguadulce and Roquetas de Mar, and about 20 minutes from the city of Almería. It is 5 minutes from the golf course and health centre with spa - "La Envía".

 Alquería de Gítar Country House Lodge sleeps 16 people in 6 large bedrooms. There are 5 full bathrooms in total. Accommodation costs €425 per night for up to 16 people, all year round.

It must be rented for a minimum of 2 nights (3 during the holidays and long weekends). At the weekend you can check in on Friday from 1pm and leave whenever you want on Sunday. Firewood is included. One-week stays have a 33% discount (1,990 euros). Conditions may vary for special occasions or to celebrate events. 

 Alquería de Gítar Country House Lodge is a huge walled enclosure and has the following rooms inside: 

- A main house, 300 m2, with 4 large bedrooms, all with air conditioning/heat pump: A 28 m2 suite (with TV and double bed), a 17 m2 bedroom (with TV and double bed), a 16 m2 bedroom (with double bed), a 25 m2 bedroom (with a double bed and 4 singles), 3 bathrooms (the main one is 14 m2), a very large 100 m2 living room (with two fireplaces, bar counter with bottle fridge, professional table football, 75-inch digital TV with home cinema, stereo and tables, dining chairs and sofas for all guests), a fully equipped 25 m2 kitchen (with dishwasher and extra-large gas oven) and a 20 m2 hall.

- Two independent 25 m2 studios with their own bathroom, double bed and TV (one of them)

- A 40 m2 multipurpose room, which can be used as a gym, games room or for workshops, catering for events or even as a bedroom by placing the extra beds here

- A 40 m2 solarium with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains

- A huge 250 m2 paved indoor patio, landscaped, with barbecue and arbour, and table tennis

- Another 100 m2 indoor patio

- 1 independent laundry room

In addition to these rooms, the villa has a landscaped 1,000 m2 car park and is completely surrounded by nature. There is WiFi, library, video library, range of board games and gourmet mini bar.
