Located in Estepona, the Restaurante Healthhouse Las Dunas is a great example of creative cuisine, with a wide variety of freshly prepared international and regional specialities.

The chef Andoni Luís Aduriz, creator of the Restaurante Mugaritz - he was a member of the team at El Bulli from 1993 to 1994 as a disciple of and later the worthy successor to Ferrán Adrià-, is the creator and the one responsible for the healthy, nutritious diet of guests at the Healthouse Las Dunas Health & Beach Spa.

The idea for the concept of nutrition is based on blending elite and creative cuisine with nutritious, dietary ingredients using regional produce.
