We present our spectacular and luxurious villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathrooms, and 2 guest toilets. It is located in the exclusive urbanization of Guadalmina Baja- Casasola, facing south, it is very quiet and private because it is on one bank of the Guadalmina River, and the other bank is the Royal Guadalmina Golf Club. If you like golf this is the ideal place for you.

We take care of every detail personally and decorate it with high-end furniture so that you can live in it or simply enjoy a vacation stay, feeling comfortable in your home. Our villa has two floors plus a basement, it has 670 m2 of construction and a large plot of 1000 m2, where you can enjoy your stay with family or friends. It has a rectangular pool, a lawn area for sunbathing, and a magical patio with orange trees where you can enjoy summer afternoons.

Our villa has a large porch with a seating area and an outdoor dining room with an awning so it can be used throughout the year. Upon entering the house, you enter a corridor with a checkerboard floor and a two-story ceiling under the tower that houses the staircase, you can feel the sensation of peace, spaciousness, and light.

On the ground floor, we find the living room with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV, in a library of more than 5 meters high. It also has a room with a double motorized bed and a large bathroom, accessible for the disabled. On the same ground floor, we have an interior wooden dining room for 10 people and a large kitchen with marble countertops, white wooden furniture, a bar, and another living area with a television and direct access to the garden.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with a 180cm double bed en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace overlooking the river, plus two large bedrooms with 2 single beds each, all with a bathroom. en-suite bathroom with good views, high sloping ceilings, and very bright. Going down to the basement, you will be amazed by our game area, which has a ping pong table and a sofa with a large flat screen so you can have the best moments.

It also has a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, with exterior windows and a closed garage for two cars, although if you prefer, there is also a parking space outside. As you imagined, you can also enjoy our villa in winter because we have underfloor heating that keeps the house at the ideal temperature!
