El Molino de Espera is a company situated in a typical 18th century Andalusian building, known in the town of Espera as La Casa de la Cilla or Casa de los Diezmos y Primicias. It was designated a Property of Cultural Interest in 2009 in the monument category. Its main activity is olive oil production and packaging.

Since 2007 they have been producing oil in facilities on the outskirts of the town, leaving the old mill only to filter, bottle and sell the oil.

On the guided tour you can see the 19th century machinery and the architecture and history of the building, and there is talk that explains the olive crushing and pressing process. Other rooms in the building are also visited, like the warehouse, the packing area, and the old cereal storehouses.

Winter: Monday to Friday: 9 am to 2 pm and 4 to 7 pm. Summer: Monday to Friday: 9am to 2pm and 5 to 7pm. Saturday: 9am to 1pm. Sunday: 12 to 1pm. (Closed Sundays in August). The tour lasts about 15-20 minutes.
