Bodegas Patacabra
Bodegas Patacabra is in the Seville town of Espartinas. It was founded in 1908 and is made up of people skilled in the art of wine-making, using a hand-operated press with heavy oak beams.
Bodegas Patacabra, on the Villa Granada estate, with vines of the Garrido Fino variety, are still committed to making Mosto Aljarafeño – and Solera Patacabra is the one that is most appreciated and in most demand.
Bodegas Patacabra has two cellars: one for the production of the Mosto (must) and the other for ageing the Solera using the typical system of gradually blending vintages.
