Bodegas Loreto is part of an estate located in the district of Espartinas, next to the Santuario de Nuestra Señora de Loreto, patron saint of Aljarafe, on the road that links the shrine and the estate with Villanueva del Ariscal.

The cellars are on the north-western side of the estate and were built 1860. They are located to the left of the entrance lobby. They consist of three units set at right angles and enclosed by semi-circular iron gates of the iron point. They are rectangular in shape and covered by English-style trusses and beams. The two cellars on the north-western side communicate with the patio where the medieval Mudejar-style tower is located. To the left of the entrance door, at the intersection of the two cellars stands the 18th century watchtower. The whole complex was declared to be of Cultural Interest, with the category of Monument on 6 November 2007.
