Aceites Azaharoliva
Aceites Azaharoliva is in the Jaén town of Escañuela, on an estate that dates back to the times of Isabella II, when the queen gave a trusted soldier a manor house in the area surrounding the town.
The first reforms were carried out on it in 1948, but its style was retained. At the end of 2002, the original architecture of the manor house was carefully restored where it stands, imitating Granada Nasrid art.
The Aceites Azaharoliva mill, installed in 2002, has the latest technology for virgin olive oil extraction (AOVE), a modern cellar with steel tanks, a laboratory, a courtyard for receipt of the olive and an attractive shop with a small packer.
