Edu began in the kitchen 15 years ago. He acquired a wide experience in hotels until he decided to leave London to grow professionally. He spent more than three years there perfecting his technique in a well known restaurant. Today he shares his creativity in a gastronomic hideaway in Los Alcores, called Más que Tapas.

Located in El Viso del Alcor, Más Que Tapas is a restaurant aiming at executing a new “tapas” concept. He loves to create, which is why his speciality is the fusion of international cuisine, maintaining the tradition of the south.

The wealth of fruit, vegetables and meat from this land defines the essence of its cuisine, packed with clean intense flavours. And that's the secret to his success, first class and very fresh ingredients, intricately prepared.
