Centro de Educación Ambiental Coto de la Isleta
The Coto de la Isleta Environmental Education and Nature Activity Centre is located in El Puerto de Santa María in Cadiz, has been offering environmental education, nature sports and the ecotourism since 1999.
It is located on an estate of over 8.5 hectares of pine forest and marshlands located in the forest park of the same name, the La Tapa Salt Pans and a sea inlet called the San Pedro River. Its main objective is to provide visitors with a suitable approach to our environment by means of activities in contact with nature.
The C.E.A.A.N. Coto de la Isleta organises activities related to the environment and its resources (sports, culture, etc.) for educational centres, universities, associations, sports clubs and private individuals, taking advantage of the privileged context afforded by the Bahía de Cádiz Nature Reserve and supported by a specialised multidisciplinary team.
