Teatro Auditorio De El Ejido

El Ejido theatre and auditorium is–as its name indicates–in the Almeria town of El Ejido. El Ejido was a pioneer municipality in theatre programme during the 70s. Since then, it has been a reference point in the province of Almería, and its famous theatre festival has been declared of Tourist Interest in Andalusia.

“This festival, which is held at the end of May and beginning of June, offers the most innovative shows on the Spanish and international performance scene. Furthermore, throughout the rest of the year, there is still a monthly programme of theatre, music, dance and other performances, with the highlight being the season of concerts held every Thursday and Friday in the months of July and August at the Guardias Viejas castle”.
