El Dornillo

In El Burgo, the Restaurante El Dornillo belongs to the Hotel La Casa Grande de El Burgo, an old mansion that dates back to 1902, fully refurbished almost a decade ago. The old house has a magnificent patio with flowers and a well from the last century, where visitors can eat if they so wish.

The Restaurante El Dornillo serves highly-qualified cuisine, which perfectly combines the most traditional flavours with new, designer gastronomy. It has a carefully prepared menu with various dishes. Its kitchens serve brilliant presentations with dishes such as: grilled seasonal vegetables over a base of tomato jam and Maldon salt; cod with vegetables and sauce; entrecôte of Galician beef (350/400g), with sautéed piquillo peppers and boulangère potatoes; frozen chocolate breeze with lemon sapphire.

The restaurant has capacity for 60 people, a great place for business meals, events, romantic dinners and family celebrations.
