Mesón Juan Antonio
Located in Écija, Mesón Juan Antonio is a third generation family-run restaurant. Established in 1947, this is a restaurant with a La Mancha soul and Andalusian roots specialising in fried fish, "salmorejo" (thick gazpacho made with bread) and homemade cheeses.
The Mesón Juan Antonio is well known for its Andalusian cuisine, with outstanding Huelva seafood dishes, Iberian cured meats, char-grilled meats, cinnamon cod or ajoarriero (cod stew with peppers), suckling lamb, roast suckling pig, Iberian chorizo and excellent stews.
Its 2 dining rooms have a capacity for 30 to 100 people, and they can be used for all kinds of celebrations, weddings, christenings, etc. It offers a catering service.
Mesón Juan Antonio has a special menu for cultural visits (€10) and has signed an agreement with the train that takes tourists on a trip to visit the city's monuments.
