Casa Pirula
Located in Écija, Casa Pirula is a restaurant of renowned gastronomic prestige and with a great history. You can sample typical local dishes, like the casserole of wild asparagus, salmorejo (thick gazpacho made with bread) and gazpacho, or one of our specialities, the cultivated spinach, which can be served as hors d'oeuvres for main courses such as partridge with rice and ox tail.
