Located in the city of Ecija, the owners have introduced a new style of cooking, previously unknown in the region. Coming from Canada - he is originally Galician and she is from Ecija - the owners are seeking to foster a new food culture based on quality. This is international cuisine that is faithful to its Galician roots, whilst all the dishes have a personal touch.

It was founded in 1982 by Loli and Bernardo, specialists in fish, shellfish and meat from northern Spain and Andalusia: mushrooms and baked fish, fresh prawns and crayfish, octopus "a la gallega", roast lamb and grilled steak and home-made desserts.
