The complex has parking area, swimming pool, B&B, an open air area with washing machine and washing line, terraces, and communal gardens.

Besides, there is a house near the complex which does not need to share the communal services: El Nogal, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, living room with chimney and sofa bed, two bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, swimming pool, barbeque, washing machine, washing line, and terraces with wonderful views, everything for private use.

All the houses have heating, solar heating water, color TV, household linen, towels, household items, independent and private use terrace with garden furniture, etc.
