La Brassería
Located in the municipality of Dos Torres and part of the facilities belonging to the Hotel Los Usías, La Brassería offers a complete gastronomic experience while you enjoy the local flavours.
La Brassería will surprise you with its varied cuisine rooted in the freshest, healthiest and most original produce of Cordoba and its province, prepared using the most modern culinary techniques.
It also has a space for tapas, the Snak Tapas Bar. Tapas to share, such as Iberian ham from the Pedroches Valley, or beef or Iberian pork carpaccio or with lime vinaigrette and Parma froth. Tapas for eating without a fork, such as bread with "pringá" (rich juices from chickpea and meat stew) or traditional croquettes like your grandmother used to make. Traditional Cordoba tapas, such as "salmorejo" (tomato paste) with ham and egg or "mazamorra" (almond paste). Innovative tapas, such as "papas a lo pobre" (sautéed potatoes, onions and peppers) with egg at 63º and slivers of ham from Los Pedroches.
