Único Vinagres y Salsas
Único Vinagres y Salsas is comprised of Doña Mencía (Córdoba) from more than 60 years of traditions, facilities and experience and with the guarantee of having been pioneers in Spain in the development of sweet Pedro Ximénez vinegars, in addition to reductions of sweet Pedro Ximénez wine and the different vinegars in its range.
The origins of its vinegars date back to 1923 when the first vinegar tradition was established and named “Commemoration”. Later, in 1951, another vinegar line, named "La Valeriana", was established on La Valeriana Estate, which is now a Gran Reserva.
Nowadays, the vinegars made by Único Vinagres y Salsa originate exclusively from healthy wines that have previously undergone biological or oxidative aging in American oak barrels. It always uses wines from vintages under the the D.O. Montilla-Moriles Vinegar.
Único Vinagres y Salsas continues to promise to offer the consumer top quality products along with the research and development of new products.
