Olivarera Nuestra Señora de la Consolación

Olivarera Nuestra Señora de la Consolación is located in the town of Doña Mencía, a part of Cordoba in the area between the provinces of Córdoba and Jaén, in the heart of the Cordoba Subbaetic System, with a large variety of types of olives.

The olive grove cooperative makes the most of this variety to produce a very balanced extra virgin olive oil that is selected from the best of its produce and undergoes the strictest quality controls, by the Baena Designation of Origin.

With a mild taste, that is slightly tart and sharp , and a greenish-yellow colour, this natural gem is the result of the efforts of the farmers, who take pains to provide consumers with a quality product that is a source of health. The fruit of this effort achieved the gold medal from the Baena Designation of Origin in 2012 in the Mature Fruity category.
