Enrique Castaño Guijarro Hams are produced in the province of Huelva, in the town of Cumbres Mayores, the birthplace of a brand which is held in high esteem by the knowledgeable consumer, both at a national and an international level. Production is strictly limited and its products are subject to demanding quality controls to ensure the true value of the brand: the quality of its products.

At Jamones Enrique Castaño Guijarrodedication, care, resolve, time, raw materials, experience… these are the foundations that make Jamones Enrique products a treat for the most demanding palate.

Jamones Enrique Castaño Guijarro is a member of the Jamón de Huelva Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P), a guarantee for all the products which it markets.

As a company registered with the Ruta del Jabugo Product Club, we offer you an exclusive experience that showcases our "know-how." We invite you to explore the dehesas, traditional Mediterranean wooded pasturelands where 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs roam freely, feeding on acorns during the montanera season, and meet the people who care for and nurture them.

We want you to visit our artisanal winery and learn to love this delicacy that we hold dear. We are the fourth generation of a family whose patience, dedication, and passion result in a true gem of gastronomy: Designation of Protected Origin Jabugo ham.

All of this is set in a stunning natural location: Cumbres Mayores, a village in the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park, in the north of the province of Huelva, with direct connections to Seville and the Algarve.
