Jamones Hermanos Cárdeno
Hermanos Cárdeno is a family business founded in 1988 dedicated to the manufacture and preparation of Iberian pork hams, shoulders and sausages in the categories of acorn-fed, field fed and fodder fed.
It is in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche Nature Reserve, where there is an ideal microclimate for the natural curing of meat products.
Hermanos Cárdeno is a founder member of the Jamón de Huelva Protected Designation of Origin Regulatory Council, offering its customers the best products in the highest ranges of categories (summum and excelens). Hams and shoulders are presented as whole pieces, with bone, deboned and sliced in 80-gram packets.
