Among à la carte specialities, and the chef's suggestions, are the Cortegana-style veal cheeks, kid with aromatic herb sauce, and cod with garlic, among its main dishes, and the tiramisú with cheese ice-cream or mocha cake with coffee ice-cream among its desserts.
In addition to its à la carte and set menus, it has special menus for specific services and a barbecue.
