At the restaurant in the Hotel La Posada de Cortegana you will be made to feel welcome whether you are a guest or just visiting. Creativity, inventiveness and an ever-improving service are this restaurant’s main features.

Our dishes are made from exquisite Iberian pork from the Huelva mountains, such as sirloin, pork shoulder, loin and the distinguished ham. We also serve veal, beef fillet, legs of lamb and suckling lamb chops, as well as other seasonal meats such as venison, quail, ostrich, rabbit, and of course, our speciality, roast sucking pig.

If you prefer fish, you can choose from sea bass, salmon, cod, hake, squid, tiger prawns and others depending on the season, such as Chilean sea bass, tuna, grouper and rosada.

We also offer a wide selection of cold meats and cheeses, salads, and vegetables, rice dishes and scrambled eggs from the region. Vegetarian and low in cholesterol dishes are also available.

You must not leave without trying our homemade desserts and sweets. The wine list also deserves a special mention, which is rich in designations of origin, cosecha, crianza and reserva wines, red wines, white wines from the Huelva County, rosés and sparkling wines.

January to June: Monday–Thursday: 8 am to 4 pm and 8 pm to midnight. Friday–Sunday: 8 am to midnight. July to September (1st fortnight): Monday–Sunday: 8 am to midnight. September (2nd fortnight) to December: Monday–Thursday: 8 am to 4pm and 8 pm to midnight. Friday–Sunday: 8 am to midnight. Public holidays, days before public holidays and bank-holiday weekends: 8 am to midnight.
