Bodega Jamones Lazo
Jamones Lazo, the only ones cured in dryers with oak wood ceilings and Arabian tiles. There are two key words at Jamones Lazo since 1940: Tradition and craftsmanship. Our pigs wander peacefully over the meadows of the beautiful Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Nature Park. When it comes to the curing process, their meat is cured in wooden drying sheds, the same ones as 60 years ago, which brings unique aromas to the hams and makes our acorn-fed Iberian ham a unique product in the world.
