The Restaurante El Mirador de Don José is one of the best restaurants in Cortegana, in the province of Huelva.
It is run by a team of young people committed to highlighting the value of the marvellous local cuisine. The executive chef and Floor Manager, Miguel Delgado, has been in this sector for more than 10 years. Fortunately, he was trained at the Taberna del Alabardero, and he has worked in iconic restaurants; including 'El Cenador de Salvador' (Madrid) and the Celler de Can Roca (Girona), the latter being one of the finest in the world.
The cuisine in the Restaurante El Mirador de Don José respects the traditional, natural flavours of Andalusia whilst taking advantage of new culinary techniques like low-temperature cooking. His Iberian pork, beef, lamb, local fish, paellas and rice dishes deserve special mention.
