Taberna Salinas

Since 1989, this traditional Cordoba restaurant, Taberna Salinas, has been located on Calle Tundidores, very close to the two most iconic plazas in Cordoba: Plaza de la Corredera and Plaza de las Tendillas.

The establishment has a long history and is considered the ultimate example of the authentic Cordoba. Taberna Salinas is an iconic establishment serving simple Cordoba-style home cooking and where the ambience clearly reflects its origins. All accompanied by the rich flavours of local wines.

It combines a warm ambience with magnificent culinary specialities, such as mountain-style suckling pig, fried aubergine, salmorejo (thick gazpacho), spinach with chickpeas and many others.
