Rincón de Chico Medina

Located in Cordoba, near the historic town centre, the Restaurante Rincón de Chico Medina serves a very varied cuisine inspired by typical dishes from the province, making it a veritable bastion of traditional Cordoba cuisine.

Rincón de Medina Chico specialises in Mediterranean cuisine, rice dishes, stews and a long list of dishes inspired by traditional Cordoba cuisine. It is worth mentioning its important contribution to Andalusian cuisine with the recovery of age-old dishes and those of Mozarabic origin together with the creation of new dishes like the renowned Montilla artichokes and lamb kidneys with wild mushrooms.

A wide range of rice dishes can be made to order: mixed, with seafood, prawns or lobster, among others.

The menu also features creamed aubergines with salmon, Iberian pork cheeks with Espejeño sauce and delicious oxtail Chico Medina style. Delicious pestiños (traditional pastries for Christmas and Easter) are available all year round, as well as other desserts like milk fritters flambéed with anisette.
