As its name suggests, Parador de Córdoba Restaurant is located in Cordoba, inside the Parador de Córdoba luxury state-owned hotel. Its cuisine has been enriched by the cultures that have settled here; Romans, Visigoths, Jews, Moors... In addition to the famous salmorejo (like thick gazpacho), one of Cordoba's most iconic dishes, its tapas of oxtail, flamenquín (fried roll of Iberian pork and cheese) or aubergine with black treacle are the result of this gastronomic and cultural fusion.
And be sure to try their pastries, which include traditional Arab-Andalusian recipes, such as Cordoba cake, a delicious puff pastry treat filled with sweet pumpkin. This fabulous culinary experience will put the finishing touch to your stay at the Parador hotel.
