El Caballo Rojo
José García Marín has been at the helm of this restaurant throughout its 41 years of existence, and his aim has been to combine the best elements from the traditional cooking of the Christian, Arab and Jewish cultures. His enormous success has meant that he is now known as simply “Pepe from El Caballo Rojo” and his restaurant has become a landmark on Cordoba’s culinary scene.
We recommend the Sephardic salad and the typical bull’s tail.
