Asador El Choto
Located in Córdoba, Asador El Choto specialises in kid meat, grilled, oven-roasted and in garlic sauce, showering the senses with its colour and flavour. The chef, José Roldán Gallardo, is considered one of the best experts in techniques for preparing meat for roasting in the oven and for grilling, in the traditional style of Segovia and Aranda de Duero.
Also, you can enjoy lamb, Segovia-style suckling pig, leg and shoulder of baby lamb roasted on a wood-burning stove and red ox meats from Los Pedroches.
Asador El Choto has rooms recreating 4 ambiences. The winery offers a wide range of the best Andalusian and Spanish wines.
Monday to Saturday, from 12:30pm to 11:30pm. Sunday, from 12:30pm to 5pm.
