Real Club de Campo de Córdoba

One of Andalucí´s best kept secrets, the Real Club de Campo de Córdoba is located in the hills of the serranía de Córdoba, 9 kilometres north of the city. This is the only 18 hole course in the province.

Natural is the key-word here and as a nature park the area is teeming with wildlife and a huge variety of birds, local rules take care of any animal interlopers! Winding between well stabilised trees the undulating course has no less than eleven dog legs. Holes 2, 7, 13 and 15 are regarded as the most attractive, their greens bordered by a lake. There have been no great earthworks at the club and there is plenty of rough so be prepared to hike and take plenty of provisions. Do´t be put off though the air one breathes up here goes straight to the head.
