This small group of apartments is located in Córdoba city centre and old quarter. In Morales lane, a link between Santa Marina Church and Palacio de Viana. Santa Marina and Patio de Viana have a strategic position half way between the tourist Córdoba and the modern life city where commercial districts official buildings and historical places are just 20 minutes walking.

Santa Marina neighbourhood is one of the most typical, genuine and quiet areas in the historic district of the capital, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It preserves traditional lifestyle from tourism influence, while it is still part of the modern city life and one of Córdoba hot spots.

Finished in 2010, as a result of a restoration that combines the frontage of two period properties, in the historical centre of Córdoba. The property has been thought to integrate both, old and new architectural elements.
