This semi-detached house is located in La Atalaya Urbanization, famous for its tranquility and landscapes full of trees. This area has restaurants, hotels and the great viewpoint of La Atalaya, where you can end the day with tapas, wine and a wonderful sunset. In addition, Conil has several extensive beaches, the closest to this villa are Los Bateles and La Fontanilla, which are 2-3 minutes away on foot.

Regarding leisure in this area, despite being a fairly quiet area, everything is quite close: the clinic (ambulatory), pharmacy and the nearest supermarket are 5 minutes away on foot, there is always a place nearby to leave the car parked near the house, there is Restaurants very close (almost on the same street) where you can eat very well and is surrounded by parks and forest areas.

This house has been recently renovated and today it has 2 floors and private and communal outdoor areas:

On the first floor we find firstly the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a modern and large dishwasher for the comfort of a whole family, oven, microwave, 4-position ceramic hob, a large refrigerator (and freezer) with enough capacity, kitchen utensils, enough furniture for the pantry and food storage and a washing machine. Secondly, on this first floor there is a bathroom that has a small bathtub, sink and toilet. Finally, this floor has two living rooms: one where the television, sofas and a fireplace are located, and another living room where we have placed a large dining table. Both are very bright with large windows, in fact, one of them allows access to the backyard.

On the second floor we find, on the one hand, 1 large bathroom with a bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet, and on the other hand, 4 large, well-lit bedrooms, where two of them have windows and the other two have large balconies where you can take out a table and enjoy the views of the community garden. Also add that, two of these bedrooms have a double bed while the remaining two have a trundle bed (a single bed with the possibility of removing a second bed underneath). All rooms have their sheets, wardrobes and furniture for the greatest comfort.

In addition, this villa has a front and back patio, both private, as part of the house. It is quite large, you can set a couple of tables and eat / dine quietly, however, the rear patio (backyard) is much larger, which has a barbecue area, a large drying area where the sun shines most of the day and a wide area where you can do sports, have lunch / dinner, sunbathe and even work. The latter option is possible in all areas of the house, both indoors and outdoors, since the installed Wi-Fi arrives with sufficient power everywhere.

Regarding the common areas, this house is part of a complex of semi-detached houses which have a fairly large private community garden where you can walk quietly and even sit on the benches to sunbathe.
