The complex is located on the Costa de la Luz, in the seaside town of Conil de la Frontera. It enjoys a privileged location in a quiet urbanization in the center of town and just 5 minutes away from the main beaches (Bateles and Fontanilla).

Designed in a modern architectural style, the complex has 31 double rooms and 18 apartments with capacity for 3-4 people. The apartments has living room with sofa bed and kitchen, a double main room, a bathroom (shower plate), plus another small room. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, washer, plate 2 fires, microwave and kitchen utensils for 4 people. They are cleaning (except kitchen) and change of towels 2 times per week (does not take place on Sundays and holidays), and change of sheets every week.
